Our story

Dr. Kendis Archer is a Florida-licensed physician and experienced clinical leader who brings a deep sense of mission and a disciplined, results-driven approach to men’s health.

He launched Leonidas Vitality Health after seeing family members and peers struggle with low testosterone, endocrinology problems, and age-related physiological decline—and seeing the positive impact of proactive clinical interventions and medication management.

Dr. Archer is guided by a clear principle: Decline is common, but not inevitable. With the right clinical strategy, structure, and accountability, men can restore strength, clarity, and control at any stage of life.

Clinical background

Dr. Archer has held multiple senior leadership roles in large federal and private healthcare systems, where he directed complex clinical operations, supervised multidisciplinary teams, and ensured delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care in demanding, underserved, and high-acuity environments.

His experience includes managing chronic disease, coordinating specialty care, performing procedural interventions, and implementing structured treatment protocols designed for consistency, safety, and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Archer earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed extensive postgraduate training in family medicine and psychiatry, including residency experience at Cox Medical Center and the University of Florida.
